Where do we ship to?

We are currently only shipping within North America (Canada + United States) 

Canada Shipping

Free shipping on all orders within Canada.

Items ordered and paid for will ship after 1-2 business days. We ship through Canada Post. After leaving our facility, orders typically deliver in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

USA Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $100. Any order under $100 will be charge a flat shipping rate of $10 any where in the United States.

Items ordered and paid for will ship after 1-2 business days. We typically ship through USPS. After leaving our facility,  orders are typically delivered in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping at this time, however we're working hard  to change this. Please sign up to our newsletter for updates.

ORDER ISSUES

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc. ) PLEASE email us at: info@nicheskinlabs.com so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

We stand behind every product we make and sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, we will happily provide a full refund or credit (*including tax* where applicable) for merchandise returned within 30 days of your purchase date.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on a used product - we only accept returns on products that haven’t been used up. (Check with us first if you have any doubts.).The customer is responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of product.
